About Us

Washington Mews is a condominium located in the Washington Square West neighborhood of Philadelphia.

The building structure extends from Lombard, 11th, and Rodman Street with a common courtyard in the middle.

It is the oldest condominium association in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The association was established on June 17th, 1969. The condominium consists of a total of 52 units.
