Square West neighborhood of Philadelphia. The building structure extends
from Lombard, 11th, and Rodman Street with a common courtyard in the middle.

<p><font size="3">It is the oldest condominium association in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.<img src="images/Courtyard1.jpg" width="200" height="130" align="right">
The association was established on June 17th, 1969. The condominium consists
of a total of 52 units. </font></p></td>
